Settle Petal - Margaret Ardley

- Description
Workshop Description: | In days of old when Knights were bold .....Never did remember how that finished. Scale and Chain Maille were initially used by Knights as armour. Most of the Armour was made by a special group of Blacksmiths called Armourers with very heavy guage wire - our wire is much friendlier This workshop teaches you how to use Scale Maille (the petals) to make a necklace and a pair of matching earrings. It is so easy I expect that you will not only complete the necklace and earrings but, if you want, get another kit and make another one. (Alternatively, have a cuppa and a chat) The pattern is not difficult, the trick is knowing where to put some rings to make the front panel sit properly. I will have spare kits with me but if you want particular colours you must let me know before 26 March so I can get more supplies. I am coming from Interstate and staying with family for a while before the workshops so am restricted in receiving mail. |
